Designing
We produce garden designs that specialise in the right plant selection for your garden areas.
Designs can suit all budgets from a simple hand-drawn planting design to a full scale computer rendered drawing with sectional elevations.
Computer Rendered Concept Plan
This Plan is a full design drawn to scale and will include 3 consultations, a mood board, and a planting plan.
This Plan can be given to any tradesmen for construction and be used for Development Application approval.
Depending on the complexity of the project.

Hand Drawn Concept Plan
A Hand Drawn Concept Plan can be very detailed to very simple.
These Drawings are always done to scale so quantity of plants and materials can be accurately quantified.

Simple Hand Drawing Concept Plan Example
A Plant schedule is always included with planting notes.
The more detailed a drawing the better able a client can visualise the end results, but a simpler design will take far less time and end up cheaper.

Planting Plan
This type of plan is a simple drawing that indicates where to plant and what to plant in the existing gardens which are already designed.
It can be hand drawn with each plant represented as simple shapes, or drawn over an existing architects plan using drawing software.
An attached planting schedule will give quantities of each plant preferred size to buy them and planting notes.
A Planting Plan cost depends on time involved to prepare it and starts from $750.00

Sectional Elevation Drawing
This Type of drawing shows a plan vertically and greatly assists the client to visualise the proposed plan and shows the proposed level changes clearly.
This Type of drawing can be hand drawn or computer rendered.

Consulting
Having a Horticultural Specialist answer your garden queries and supply ideas on how to get the most out of your outdoor space.
CONSULTING
Our consulting service is for clients who need any gardening, irrigation or garden design advice.
A Qualified and experienced Horticulturist will come out to your home to provide specialist advice and solve any garden dilemmas you may be facing.
Even if you have a gardener but still feel unsatisfied with the results, our horticulturist will make an assessment and provide feedback with instructions to improve your garden.
Along with Landscape Design qualifications our consultant can give on the spot design ideas.
From the Consultation the service can become the basis for a DIY Package.
Consulting Cost is a standard $120 call-out fee that includes one half hr then charged at $60 per half hr after that.

Do It Yourself Packages.
Whether its a brand new garden, a garden transformation or a garden renovation, we can create a step by step guide to suit your requirements.
All packages can be modified to suit your needs so you only pay for what you get. Smaller yards or small garden areas will cost less, larger gardens and complicated designs will cost more.

Package 1 Garden ESSENTIALS
The most important keys needed to create a healthy garden and choosing the right plants are;
understanding your soil type and if the soil needs adjustments
understanding the sun/shade conditions around the garden
understanding the water requirements for your plants to survive.
Soil Improvements
with 2 soil testing sites
Depth, compaction, texture/type, soil Ph, salinity, organic content.
Notes provided on soil improvements tailored for your garden requirements.
Estimated cubic meter or bags of product required for each area and recommended sources to order the soil improving material.
Approximate Cost $250.00
Climate Analysis
with 4 micro climate reports
Aspect, prevailing winds, air-movement/humidity, local rainfall, driest months, local expected frosts, local expected heat waves, cool areas, excessive hot spots.
These notes will determine which plants will do best in certain areas of the garden.
Irrigation requirements
Water requirements based on local rainfall and plants growing.
Advice for what type of irrigation and a ‘mud-map’ (rough location plan) to indicate where to install irrigation sprinklers and lines.
Package 2 Planting New Plants
All information from Package 1 will determine which plants will grow well in your garden, Package 2 will include that information with the following recommendations-
Plant recommendations
A list of trees, shrubs and ground-covers that will thrive in your garden with photos of each plant attached.
Approximate Costs $550.00
Plant Profiles
Based on your selected plants you will receive plant profiles which describe all their requirements, common pest/disease issues and up-keep requirement notes.
Notes on Planting
Planting your selected plants must be done in the correct manner to ensure they survive, notes and a diagram will clearly show how to plant.
Package 3 Garden ESSENTIALS, Planting RECOMMENDATIONS and Re-Design options
All information from Package 1 Garden Essentials and Package 2 Planting Plants plus the following;
Consultation
A 1-2 hr consultation around your design interests and goals for your gardens final out-come.
A Simple Hand Drawn Plan
with 1 x Design Adjustment
This is a simple plan, drawn to scale and will represent the new garden locations and the existing garden modifications.
The first drawing will be a draft, followed by a second hour-long consultation to clarify the design direction and make any necessary changes.
Final Hand Drawn Plan
with a Planting Plan attached
The final design is the finished product. It will show the new and existing garden beds.
All selected plants will be indicated on the plan, with a detailed plant schedule and appropriate notes on planting.
